If you like, you can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting

Here at 3: Eleven we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied you may return your item(s) within 10 days,
unworn with the labels still attached in its original condition.
To make a return you must inform us by email at
info@3elevenboutique.com within 5 days,
stating your order confirmation number after which we will issue you with a
Return Authorisation Number.
Please write this RA Number on the receipt and enclose within your returns package.
The item(s) must be returned unworn, with the labels attached in its original condition.
We do not accept any returns with any indication that it has been used and if we think this is the case, it will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be given.

Your refund will be returned to you after satisfactory inspection of the goods.
Please allow 10 working days for the refund to show on credit card or bank statements.
